Yes. Delivery, professional setup and collection are included within our normal delivery area, with no separate delivery or collection charge to add to your booking.
For bookings outside our normal delivery areas, additional charges may apply for travel time, fuel and any tolls. We’ll discuss these with you before accepting an out-of-area booking and include them in the final bill. Out-of-area bookings are considered for indoor events with at least two inflatables and are unavailable during our busy summer season.
Yes. We provide bouncy castles and party equipment for halls and indoor venues across Hertfordshire and North London. Please check the usable floor space and ceiling height against the dimensions shown on each product page before booking.
Safety always comes first. Outdoor inflatables cannot be operated when wind speeds or gusts reach the 24 mph safety limit. If unsuitable weather is forecast, we will discuss the available options with you, including moving the booking to a suitable indoor venue where possible.
The space required depends on the inflatable you choose. Each product page displays its dimensions and suitability information. Please allow enough additional space for safe access, anchoring, mats and the blower.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular dates. Online bookings normally require at least two days’ notice, but you can contact us to check last-minute availability.
