Outdoor inflatables require suitable private natural grass and cannot be installed on artificial grass, concrete, paving, communal gardens or public spaces.
If the equipment cannot be safely installed or operated, we will not set it up. Safety always comes first.

You can choose a hire period from 1 to 6 hours when booking online. Select your required start and finish time on the product page, subject to availability.
Yes. Many of our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor halls and privately hired venues. Check the dimensions of your chosen castle carefully, including the required height and floor space, to make sure it will fit comfortably inside your venue.
No. Our outdoor inflatables must be set up on suitable private natural grass where they can be safely installed and secured. We do not set up outdoor inflatables on artificial grass, concrete, paving or other unsuitable hard surfaces.
Outdoor bookings are dependent on suitable weather conditions. We assess factors including wind and other conditions that could affect safe operation. If conditions mean the equipment cannot be safely installed or used, we will not set it up. Indoor hall hire is a great alternative when the weather is uncertain.
This depends on the bouncy castle you choose. Each product page shows the space required for that particular inflatable, along with relevant user and access guidance. Please check these measurements against your garden or venue before booking.
Yes. Delivery, professional setup and collection are included within our normal delivery area, with no separate delivery or collection charge to add to your booking.
For bookings outside our normal delivery areas, additional charges may apply for travel time, fuel and any tolls. We’ll discuss these with you before accepting an out-of-area booking and include them in the final bill. Out-of-area bookings are considered for indoor events with at least two inflatables and are unavailable during our busy summer season.
