All our equipment can be used indoors when the hall or venue provides enough floor space, ceiling height and safe access. Check the total space required on each product page before booking.
Important venue requirements:
✓ Enough usable floor space and ceiling height
✓ Clear access for bringing equipment inside
✓ Fire doors and escape routes must remain clear
✓ Nothing can be suspended from the venue roof
✓ Didi Cars require wooden flooring and cannot be used on carpet
If the equipment cannot be installed or operated safely, we will not set it up. Safety always comes first.

Yes. Every item in your indoor party package must be booked for the same date and hire time. This allows the booking system to recognise the qualifying items and apply the correct package discount automatically.
Yes. Delivery to your hall or venue, professional setup and collection after your hire are included within our normal delivery area.
Additional charges may apply in exceptional circumstances, including venues within the London Congestion Charge zone. Any applicable charge will be explained before your booking is confirmed.
