Before setup, we check the inflatable, available floor space, ceiling height, access and the position of the equipment inside your venue.
Please confirm that your hall permits inflatables and provides a suitable level floor, sufficient clear space and access to a standard electrical supply.
If the equipment cannot be safely installed or operated inside the venue, we will not set it up. Safety always comes first.

The venue must permit inflatables and provide a suitable level floor, sufficient clear space, adequate ceiling height, safe access and a standard electrical supply. The setup area must be clear before we arrive.
Please allow at least 30 minutes before your hire for setup and approximately 40 minutes afterwards for collection for each inflatable. More time may be required where access is restricted or the equipment must be moved a long distance from the vehicle.
Yes. Delivery to your hall or venue, professional setup and collection after the hire are included within our normal delivery area. Any exceptional location-related charges will be explained before your booking is confirmed.
