Your garden or private outdoor venue must be closed to the public. A secure front garden can be suitable too.

We need natural grass and soil that allow ground anchors to go fully in. Artificial grass, concrete and paving won’t work. If you have pets, please make sure the garden is free from mess before we arrive.

Check the product’s dimensions and leave clear space around it. Paths, patios, buried obstacles and low branches can prevent setup.

If a standard wheelie bin can be wheeled from where we park to the setup area, access is usually suitable. Please keep the route clear. Tell us about steps, narrow gates or other access issues in the booking’s special notes, or call us before booking if you’re unsure.

Plan ahead
Outdoor parties are usually available from spring until late September. Early spring and September can be unpredictable, so it helps to check the forecast for your event location.
We cannot set up an inflatable when the forecast shows more than a 20% chance of rain during your hire.
We cannot set up when forecast wind gusts exceed 24 mph during your hire.
We also look at rain in the days beforehand. Wet grass that could become muddy may prevent a safe setup.
