This bouncy castle is suitable for private gardens, suitable indoor halls and other secure private venues where the equipment can be safely installed and operated.
For outdoor bookings, the inflatable must be positioned on a suitable grass surface where it can be safely secured. We cannot install our inflatables on artificial grass, concrete, paving or rough or uneven surfaces.

Please make sure there is clear and suitable access from our delivery vehicle to the setup area. Tell us when booking about gates, steps, narrow access, long carrying distances or any other obstacles that could affect delivery and setup.
The inflatable also requires access to a suitable electrical supply. If you’re unsure whether your venue or access is suitable, please contact us before booking.
Outdoor bouncy castle hire is weather dependent. We cannot operate our inflatables when weather conditions make their use unsafe, including high winds or unsuitable wet weather.
If poor weather is forecast for your booking, we’ll discuss the available options with you.

We’ll deliver and set up the Bouncy Castle With A Slide before your event and collect it afterwards at the agreed time. Please ensure the inflatable is no longer being used when we arrive to collect it and that we have clear access to the equipment.
We take the safety of our customers, children and anyone using our equipment extremely seriously. Our team will assess the location, surface, access, weather conditions and any other factors that could affect the safe installation or operation of the equipment.
Last Minute Bouncy Castles has the final say on whether equipment can be safely installed or operated at a venue. If we believe the location, surface, weather conditions or circumstances could create an unacceptable risk of injury, we will not set up or allow the equipment to be used.
No booking is more important than the safety of the people using our equipment.
