We deliver, set up and collect your chosen party equipment, with no separate delivery or collection charge within our normal delivery area.

We check the equipment, available space and access before setup. Your location must provide a suitable level surface, sufficient clear space and an electrical supply where required.
Choose equipment that meets the children’s age and height limits. Adults must supervise throughout, keeping children of substantially different sizes apart on inflatables and driving activities separate from younger children’s play areas.
If equipment cannot be safely installed or used at your location, we will not set it up.

Yes, selected equipment can be hired for parties in suitable private, secure gardens. Outdoor setups require suitable natural grass, enough clear space, safe access and appropriate weather and ground conditions.

Yes, delivery, professional setup and collection are included in the equipment hire price within our normal delivery area across Hertfordshire and North London.
For hall parties, allow approximately 30 minutes for setup and 40 minutes for packing away per inflatable, in addition to your party time. Several items or difficult access may require longer.
